    SevenRooms User Guide

    Introduction

This document will show the various features and integration between xnPOS and SevenRooms

Seven Rooms is a Table Management Solution as well as a CRM and Channel Booking Manager.

When the interface to a table management is on, the POS is not longer the owner of the tables, but the Table Management System is.

This implies the following restriction from the POS

    • A table can only be opened if it has been checked in on the TMS (option to open without reservation is now switched on)
    • A table cannot be split
    • A table cannot be blocked
    • Table Move within the outlet is not allowed from the POS – This needs to be initiated from the TMS

The integration between xnPOS  and SevenRooms enables the following

    • View of Arrived Reservations
    • View of Reservation Request on Seated Guest
    • Live Table Cycle Status update from xnPOS to TMS
    • Live spend per Table from xnPOS to SevenRooms
